IACS is set to celebrate the 150th Foundation Day on 29th July, 2025 which shall also herald our journey towards the culmination of 150 years of the birth of IACS.
 
 
 
The day shall witness popular lectures by distinguised members of the academia – Prof. D D Sarma, IISc, Bangalore and Prof. Sayam Sengupta, IISER, Kolkata followed by a musical performance by Smt. Sreeradha Banerjee in the evening, the programmes being organized by the Foundation Day Organizing Committee and the Science Association Club, respectively.
 
 
 
Both the programmes shall be held in the MLS Hall. The attached Programme Schedule and banners may be referred to for more detail. The event will also be telecast live on the Facebook page of IACS - https://www.facebook.com/iacskolkata/ and streamed on Youtube.
