Asutosh Mookerjee Guest House


Asutosh Mookerjee Guest House is located at the 1st floor of the canteen building, behind the main building. Asutosh Mookerjee Guest House was inaugurated by Prof. M M Sharma, FRS, on 16th November, 2012. Asutosh Mookerjee Guest House has 6 rooms (each having en suite facility), a lounge, a dining space and kitchen facilitiy.

Facility


Room facilities: Two single beds or one double bed in each room, wardrobe, study table with chair, refrigerator, air-conditioner, television, tea/coffee maker, vanity mirror, telephone set for internal use only, Wi-Fi connection and well-equipped attached bathroom. A separate lounge facility is available at the Asutosh Mookerjee Guest House


Food: Room rent includes standard breakfast (milk, cornflakes, bread-butter-jam, omelette and fruit juice) with options of traditional Indian cooked breakfast or Continental cooked breakfast and 2 liter packaged drinking water (per day). Additional food, drinks and packaged drinking water to cost extra and to be paid to the caretaker directly before leaving the guest house. In special cases, the extra charges may be billed to the concerned faculty. Lunch, dinner etc. might be arranged by the caretaker on request and the payment for this is to be made directly to the caretaker, wherever possible, or to the cash section of IACS by the respective host within a maximum time limit of 15 working days.
