This year, World Mental Health Day highlighted the theme “Mental Health at Work,” urging us to reflect on workplace well-being. But are our workplaces truly safe, especially for women?

 

Hereby, all faculty, non-faculty staff, scholars and students are cordially invited for the Workshop, titled "Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace” on 23rd December, 2024 from 02:00 PM to 03:00 PM, at C V Raman Hall to generate awareness regarding the topic. This session will cover:

 

      •     What constitutes sexual harassment?

      •     Understanding the psychological trauma faced by victims.

      •     Strategies to prevent and cope with harassment, from a psychological perspective.
