Candidates who have qualified NET examination this year and have not been able to apply due to unavoidable circumstances may apply by email to phdcell_iacs@iacs.res.in. Last date of email application is 12^th May, 2025. The email application must have filled out below application form, NET qualification Certificate and application fee payment confirmation attached for the application to be valid.
