Sealed tenders are invited for sale of the following items on as-is- where-is basis. An EMD not less than 20% of the offer value by Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque payable in Kolkata in favour of “Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science” should be enclosed separately with the offer superscribing the envelope ‘Tender Notice No. 1.2/03/10’ and should reach on or before 3 p.m. on October 04, 2010 and will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on the same day. The items will be available for inspection from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on September 29 and 30 2010. The successful bidders will have to deposit the bid amount within three working days from the date of opening of the tender and take away the items within five working days from the opening of the tender. Otherwise the EMD amount and/or Bid amount would be forfeited and the materials will be taken back in the custody of the Association.

The bidders may submit tender for any single category or both the categories specified under (A) and (B) below but the rate of the tendered items should be submitted category wise separately.
