Sealed tenders are invited from bonafide, resourceful and eligible manufacturers/exclusive distributors, who are enlisted to Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, for a quantum efficiency (QE) measurement system by the Registrar by 04^th December, 2010 upto 5-00 P. M. and will be opened within 2nd week of December, 2010. Manufacturers/exclusive distributors should have past history of supplying this type of instrument to this or other organizations. 

The required specifications are as follows:

(i) Monochromator with usable wavelength range between 180nm to 24um dependent on installed gratings.

(ii) Light Source 200-500W Xe Research Light sources.

(iii) Lock in amplifier/meter with control unit detectors with the preamplifier and optical chopper 

(iv) Si Detector with working range 185-1100nm. 

The QE measurement system should be compatible for photovoltaic measurement is preferred. Interface facilities with the computer is desirable
