Sealed tenders are invited for sale of a Liquid Nitrogen Plant on as-is- where-is basis. An EMD not less than 20% of the offer value by Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque payable in Kolkata in favour of Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science should be enclosed with the offer superscribing the envelope Tender Notice No. 1.2/01/10 and should reach on or before 3 p.m. on September 24, 2010 and will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on the same day. The Plant will be available for inspection from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on September 21 and 22, 2010. The vendors in his covering note should mention the details for the Draft as required for EMD. However the amount should not be mentioned in the cover note. The successful bidders will have to deposit the bid amount within three working days from the date of opening of the tender and take away the Plant within seven working days from the opening of the tender. Otherwise the EMD amount and/or Bid amount would be forfeited and the materials will be taken back in the custody of the Association.
