Technical Specification-Fluorescence/ Luminescence Spectrometer

Sealed tenders in two part bidding system are invited from bonafide, resourceful and eligible manufacturers/exclusive distributors for – “FLUORESCENCE / LUMINESCENCE SPECTROMETER” at Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, 2A & 2B, Raja S.C. Mullick Road, Jadavpur, Kolkata  

The tenders shall be in two parts viz. Techno-commercial bid and Price bid. Technical bid shall comprise of Company/distributor profile, document in support of technical capability, and instruments specification including commercial information. Price bid shall comprise of Quoted price only. 

The manufacturers will be selected on the basis of the credential and eligibility conditions provided in the technical part. Price bids of the successful bidders in the Technical part will only be opened. 

The institute reserves the right of selection of party based on the parties’ technical credentials and resourcefulness and being lowest bidder may not be absolute criterion for selection. 

Completed tenders (Techno-commercial bid in one Envelope, Price bid in another envelope: and the two envelope put into one third envelope, with all envelopes super scribed about name of instrument and contents) document should be submitted to the Registrar’s office, which is located at 2^nd Floor of the Main Building of IACS, by 3.00 P.M. of December 15, 2010. December 17, 2010

Technical bid shall be opened on December 20, 2010 at 3.30 P.M. in the presence of the intending bidders and the date of opening of the Financial (Price) bids of the successful bidders will be communicated to the bidders afterwards.
