Sealed tenders are invited from interested parties for disposal/sale of the following old & used Electrical equipments/materials on “As is, where is and what is basis” from the Campus of Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, Jadavpur.

Tenders complete in all respects along with EMD(refundable) @ 20% of offer value quoted by bidders (separate EMD for each item) by Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque payable at Kolkata in favour of Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science should be enclosed with offer superscribing the envelop “TENDER NOTI CE NO:1.2/IACS/Disp./Elec./1539 Dt.: 01.08.2011 and should reach this office on or before 16^th August, 2011 upto 2 p.m.

The bidders may submit tender for a single item or for all the items as specified under 1, 2, 3 & 4 below but the rate of the tendered items should be submitted item-wise separately.

Last date of submission of Tender :    16^th August, 2011 upto 2.00 pm

Inspection of Materials :  11^th & 12^th August, 2011 from 03 pm to 05 pm in Electrical Engineering Section.

Date of Opening of Tender :     16^th August, 2011 at 3.00 pm in the presence of intending bidders.

Availability of Tender paper: may be collected from dispatch section, IACS on payment of Rs.150/- (rupees one hundred and fifty only)per tender.

Evaluation of Tender :Tender rate will be evaluated on item wise and highest rate of item will be accepted.

Late Tenders shall be rejected forthwith.  Director, IACS reserves the right to accept or reject any part or the whole tender without assigning any reason whatsoever.
