Sealed tenders in two bid systems
(Technical Bid & Financial bid) are invited
from reputed vendors for a 3 KVA single phase on-line UPS system of
following specifications & Accessories. The
tender should be submitted to the following address in plain paper or Letter
Head in two separate sealed envelops containing technical bid
and price bid. These two sealed envelops should then be
enclosed in a single envelope and sealed. Complete tender bids should reach
by June 20, 2011. Proposed delivery schedule should be mentioned
clearly. Both the technical & financial bids will
be opened on June 23, 2011. The price bid of only those tenderers
will be opened who comply with the technical specifications.

tender should accompany a compliance chart.

rate should be inclusive of all taxes, transportation etc. Nothing extra
will be paid in addition to the quoted rate.

model number, make, and a printed literature of the product shall submit
positively

Number of installations with a list of customers (with proper documents) of
such equipment in India in last five years.

Authorized Dealership Certificate is must, in case of principal
manufacturing company is not quoting directly.

The
tender notice number and the name of the instrument should clearly be
written on envelope.

Technical support in Kolkata.

Guarantee certificate, users manuals etc. are to be handed over to the user
after successful commissioning of the system.
