Sealed tenders in two bid systems
(Technical Bid & Financial bid) are invited
from reputed vendors for a 30 KVA - 3 Phase Servo Controlled Voltage
Stabilizer, stabilized at 400V phase to phase of the following
specifications & Accessories. The tender
should be submitted to the following address in plain paper or Letter Head
in two separate sealed envelops containing technical bid and
price bid. These two sealed envelops should then be enclosed
in a single envelope and sealed. Complete tender bids should reach by
June 20, 2011. Proposed delivery schedule should be mentioned clearly.
Both the technical & financial bids will be opened
on June 24, 2011. The price bid of only those tenderers will be
opened who comply with the technical specifications.

rate should be inclusive of all taxes, transportation etc. Nothing extra
will be paid in addition to the quoted rate.

model number, make, and a printed literature of the product shall submit
positively

Number of installations with a list of customers (with proper documents) of
such equipment in India in last five years.

Authorized Dealership Certificate is must in case of principal manufacturing
company is not quoting directly.

The
tender notice number and the name of the instrument should clearly be
written on envelope.

Technical support in India.

Guarantee certificate, users manuals etc. are to be handed over to the user
after successful commissioning of the system.

Institute authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest
