Sub: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a "Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer"

Sealed quotations are invited from leading manufacturers or their accredited associates for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a " Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer" with the following specifications. All quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes in two parts (Part-I - Techno-commercial, Part-II- Price bid).

Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer

The system should consist of

(i) Two nos. of medium power source measure units (for I-V measurements)

Voltage Range: Measure & Source

200 mV to 200 V

1 mV to 200 mV / 5 mV to 5 mV

1 pA to 100 mA

100 aA to 100 nA / 1. 5 fA to 5 mA

(ii) Preamplifier option for medium power source units for extending the current capability to 0.1 fA resolution.

Range:	1pF to 100nF
Frequency Range:	10 KHz to 10MHz variable.
DC Voltage Bias:	+ / - 30V / 1mV resolution.
Measurement Parameters:	Parallel / series resistance and capacitance, Z-θ

(iv) Hardware/ Architecture: In-Built PC platform with windows-OS, having LAN; GPIB; USB; RS232; parallel port; HDD, CD-RW. There should be libraries / projects for measurement of device parameters (such as transistor characteristics, I-V sweep, pulse I-V, C-V sweep measurements, photovoltaic cell characteristics) for semiconductors.

(v) Display: Built in 12.5 inches TFT display

(vi) Manuals, software (in CD’s), Cables (at least 2 meter length with suitable connector) and accessories for measurements of transistor characteristic, C-V measurements, photovoltaic cell characteristics.

(vii) Operable on 230V AC, +/- 10%; 50Hz.

(viii) Warranty: 1 year.
