2.       Should incorporate a differential electrometer with input impedance > 1012 ohms with < 5 pA, input bias current at room temperature (~25° C)

3.       Voltage sweep range of the electrometer should be at least ±10 V.

4.       Should have up gradation facility for increasing input impedance in future

5.       Should deliver at least 650 mA of current at ±12 V, with a minimum current range of >=200 nA, providing down to <= ±400 pA current accuracy and femtoamp current resolution (~120 fA). It should have options to measure in atto amps resolution.

6.       Capable of performing two-, three-, and four-electrode measurements, with a DC Voltage scan of window of at least 20V (+/-10V).

7.       Should possess a Synchronous A/D input, for collecting DC voltage inputs (at least +/- 10V) from other devices, such as pH and temperature probes, or from a quartz crystal microbalance

8.       Should have DAC output (at least +/- 10V) for control of rotating disk electrodes or other devices requiring a DC voltage

9.       Capable of iR determination/compensation

10.    Should have option for built in Frequency Response Analyzer (FRA) for performing Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) measurements in the frequency range of ~10mHz-1MHz with selectable amplitudes from ~ 0.1mV to ~ 1000mV

11.    Data acquisition frequency should be 10 µs/data point or higher
