Sealed quotations are invited only from the Manufacturers/authorized Dealers/ Distributors /Stockiest who are registered under State VAT/Central Sales Tax for supply of Electrical Insulating mat as per IS: 15652/2006 as per enclosed annexure at IACS, Jadavpur, Kolkata. The details are as under:   

Quotation Issue Date         : 02.01.2012 to 11.01.2012 (up to 2.00 P.M. on each working day) 

Last date of Submission of Quotation: on or before 16.01.2012 (up to 2 PM).  

Delivery Period                  :  Delivery of the material at site should be made within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of issue of purchase order. 

Method of submission of Quotation: The sealed quotation should contain the priced offer in our prescribed pro-forma (annexure), product details / product literature, copy of routine test certificate, valid IS registration certificate, VAT registration certificate, PAN, Trade License, Dealership  /Distributorship /Stockiest Certificate issued by the manufacturer, client list, warranty provision, CPRI approval (if any) etc. The sealed envelop should bear the name of the work, NIQ no. and due date of opening on the top of the envelop and should reach to the Registrar, IACS, Jadavpur, Kolkata 700032 on or before 16.01.2012. (upto 2 p.m.).  

Date of Opening           :  The quotations will be opened on 16.01.2012 (at 3.00 P.M in presence of intending bidders).

Acceptance of Tender    :    IACS authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest quotation and reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations  without assigning any reason thereof.
