Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of VRF type Air-Conditioning System (having Digital Scroll type compressor) for Centenary Building at IACS, Jadavpur, Kolkata.

Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science intends to prequalify specialized firms of National repute with working experience in Government/Autonomous bodies/Public Sector Undertakings having their own manufacturing unit including Test Centre in India but service centre at Kolkata for Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of VRF Type Air-conditioning System (having Digital Scroll Type Compressor) for the Centenary Building of IACS, Jadavpur, Kolkata. The system will be required for providing air-conditioning of about 30,000 sq.ft (floor area) for 2^nd and 3^rd floor of the Centenary Building of IACS consisting of Server Rooms, Laboratories, Office etc details of which along with drawings etc will be available during tendering process. Complete Pre-qualification bid document should reach the undersigned latest by 21-03-2011 (up to 2 p.m.). For any further information, the firms may contact the Technical Officer (Electrical), IACS on any working day. The firms are advised to submit their bid documents consisting of Product Literature, Technical specifications, Relevant Credentials with Completion Certificate, Company Profile, any other document as may be required in support of their credibility to participate in the tender for the work which may be invited soon. It may be noted that the IACS Authority reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof.
