| Centre for Modeling Simulation Design
(CMSD) hosts a National High Performance Computing (HPC) Facility
of the Department of Science & Technology (DST). Under its aegis
a HPC Workshop is being organized at the Indian Association for
the Cultivation of Science (IACS), Kolkata during 23 - 26 April,
2007. The Center for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC),
Pune will be conducting the technical sessions. There will be lectures
as well as hands-on sessions devoted to parallel programming in
linux platform, MPI, OpenMP etc. There will also be special lectures
covering typical applications in various branches of science.
