25th YOUNG PHYSICISTS’ COLLOQUIUM- 2007The Young Physicists’ Colloquium is a prestigious annual academic event of the Indian Physical Society. This Silver Jubilee year programme was held at Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics, Kolkata during August 23-24, 2007. We invited young talented Ph.D. students from all over the country to present their work in this colloquium. The panel of 12 distinguished physicists selected 4 best presentations for awards. The following participants were adjudged as the four best and wererewarded . The best participant was given the S.N.Ghosal award . I . Mr. Debdutta Ray (TIFR) – S.N.Ghosal Award II .
