Current research interests:

1) Study of the deposition mechanism of amorphous silicon and related alloys by plasma characterisation
2) Participate in the International standardisation activity of Solar cells
 

Future Plans:

Develop different plasma diagnostic techniques for low temperature plasma characterisation
